Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders of SLBBC women’s clothing and shoes.

Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment (excluding weekends and American holidays).

Shipping Scope: We provide shipping services to most countries and regions around the world.

Delivery Time: US domestic delivery: 5–10 business days. International delivery: 7–20 business days (depending on customs clearance and local logistics).

Shipping Fee: The shipping fee is calculated according to the weight, size and destination of the package. We regularly launch free shipping activities for qualified orders.

Customs Duties: International orders may incur local customs duties and taxes, which shall be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for customs delays, customs fees or order returns caused by local customs policies.
